Do I have to set-up the Mobile Authenticator?

Yes, the mobile authentication set-up step is required. This is an added layer of security that protects your account from takeovers.

How do I scan the QR Code to set-up the Mobile Authenticator?

You will need an authenticator app on your smartphone. We recommend you use PortalGuard or the Google Authenticator app on your phone. Once installed, you will be able to scan the prompted QR code through the app.

Do I need an alternate email address?

Yes, an alternate email address is required as a way to recover a forgotten password.

Can I change my OTP Method?

You can choose between receiving an email, or using the mobile authenticator for your OTP method.
